All works are original hand-drawn fine art. We reserve the right to cancel orders or discontinue products at any time. Physical orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. Digital downloads are delivered immediately upon payment. Files are for personal, non-commercial use only.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Intellectual Property
All artwork and content on this site are protected under Canadian and international copyright law. Nothing may be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

4. Your Personal Information
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Canada's PIPEDA. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@uhoku.com.

5. Limitation of Liability
UHOKU® is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
